Warranty Registration

Sigma Canada and Gentec International stand behind their products with warranties that will ensure your products top performance. If your Sigma photographic lens is within the warranty period you can contact our service department at service@gentec-intl.com for repairs. Any Sigma product that is not imported by Gentec International or purchased from an unauthorized Canadian Sigma Dealer will not be serviced under warranty regardless of the service required. A list of our current authorized Sigma Canada dealers can be found in our Where to Buy section. As a friendly reminder, Amazon and B&H Photo Video are not authorized Canadian retailers of Sigma products.

If you would like to register your lens purchase and serial number with us, please do so using the form below. Registration is not required to receive warranty service and you must always present your original bill of sale. Registering your warranty through this online portal does not guarantee a valid or active warranty with Sigma Canada.
